AFLAC
AFLAC offers voluntary benefits that you and your employees can choose
from and pay for on
a pre-tax basis. Available plans include: Disability, Life, Accidental,
Cancer, Intensive Care
and Hospital Indemnity. All plans pay directly to the employee to help
offset the cost of
deductibles, lost time at work, travel expenses, ect.
AFLAC offers full
cafeteria plans (Section 125) to all DAP members with free fees and
no set
up cost. They cabn do premium only or full plans. They even prepare
Form 5500 as a service
for their accounts free of charge. All reimbursements through un-reimbursed
Medical and
Dependent Care can be done on direct deposit basis. For more information

Auto Owners Insurance
Auto Owners Insurance offers a 10% discount to DAP members located in
Michigan and
Wisconsin on their personal auto, homne, mobile home, and umbrella policies.
They also
offer this 10% discount on commercial auto, business property, business
liability, workers'
compensation, umbrella, and inland marine policies. For more information
